3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Services

PhysioMentor provides the following services:

  • Study notes in PDF format
  • MCQ practice sets with explanations
  • Timed test series with performance analysis
  • Progress tracking and results

5. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
  • All payments are secure and encrypted
  • 18% GST is applicable on all purchases
  • Purchased content is available for the selected subscription duration (1 Month, 3 Months, or 6 Months)

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests must be made if less than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Refund processing takes 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PhysioMentor, including notes, MCQs, test series, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Modify or alter any content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity

9. Limitation of Liability

PhysioMentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
