Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our physiotherapy curriculum, mock test series, negative marking rules, and affordable access passes.

PhysioMentor covers all 4.5 years of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) curriculum, Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) entrance exams (AIAPGET, NIMS, Jamia Millia, SVNIRTAR, Manipal MET, IPU CET), and international physiotherapy licensing exams (DHA, HAAD, MOH, and Prometric).

Every lecture summary and MCQ explanation is grounded in recognized gold-standard textbooks, including:

Anatomy & Neuroanatomy: Snell's Clinical Anatomy, B.D. Chaurasia, and Inderbir Singh.
Physiology: Guyton and Hall Textbook of Medical Physiology, A.K. Jain.
Biomechanics & Kinesiology: Cynthia Norkin & Pamela Levangie, Brunstrom's Clinical Kinesiology.
Exercise Therapy: Carolyn Kisner & Lynn Allen Colby, Dena Gardiner.
Electrotherapy: Clayton's Electrotherapy, John Low & Ann Reed.
Neurological Rehabilitation: Susan B. O'Sullivan, Darcy Umphred.
Cardiorespiratory: Cash's Textbook of Chest, Heart and Vascular Disorders.

Our timed mock exam engine strictly replicates the scoring pattern of national MPT entrance tests. When a test includes negative marking (e.g. -0.25 per incorrect answer), the engine deducts points accordingly. After submission, you receive a full scorecard with accuracy percentage, negative penalty breakdown, time taken per question, and complete clinical reasoning for each option.

Practice MCQs are self-paced learning sets attached to specific syllabus topics where you can check your answers and review rationales immediately after each question. Timed Mock Series are structured examination papers with ticking countdown clocks, strict negative marking algorithms, and a complete post-test diagnostics scorecard.
